Countryliner were formed from the private hire division of Arriva Guildford & West Surrey. The company have recently acquired the bus services of RDH Services of Plumpton. The web site includes a brief history and timetables for local bus services.

Countryliner have recently started operated tendered services in East Sussex, including a service between Hastings and Tunbridge Wells via Hawkhurst in partial replacement for Arriva services 4, 5 and 254.
