Cambus was formed from the Cambridgeshire operations of Eastern Counties - the Peterborough operations were subsequently transferred to a new company within the Stagecoach group. Buses carry "Stagecoach in Cambridge" branding. Some Cambridge city services have recently been recast under the "Citi" brand.

Leyland National 213 (PVF 364R) shows the NBC style livery used after the split from Eastern Counties. The bus is seen in Bridge Street, Cambridge on 25th July 1986.
This style of livery is also carried by VR614 (JAH 400L) on the same date.
Stagecoach Cambus 626 is a Volvo Olympian with Northern Counties H49/31F bodywork. This bus came from Stagecoach London and is seen at the Imperial War Museum, Duxford on 22 September 2002.
